Mar 09, 2010· I have a wedding to go to in one month and i want to lose as much weight as possible. I have started keeping track of the calories i consume. I only want to consume 500 to 600 calories a day then that night i want to work out and burn 600 to 700 calories. So how much weight do you suppose i will lose in a month of doing that? Please no rude remarks or stupid answers.
